Euro-Toques International with the Committee of the Regions of Europe
A successfull event!
Euro-Toques coordinated a glamourous evening on the theme "Regions and gastronomy, a promenade through the beauties and richness of European cuisine". Evening illustrated by seven buffets:
1. Shellfish
2. Delights from the seas and rivers
3. From prosciutto to roast pork
4. Other meats and poultry
5. Fresh fruit and vegetables
6. Selection of cheeses
7. Sweets and treats
Appropriate drinks was served.
