On October 24, 2008, Euro-Toques Romanian Chefs and Euro-Toques International will participate in Turin for "El Salone Internazionale del Gusto" y "Terra Madre" organized by Slowfood. Fatol Ioan and Pop Vasile Adrian both hail from Cluj-Napoca, the political and economic capital of Transylvania in Romania will serve a dinner based on typical Romanian produce in the airy contemporary scenario of the Le Meridien Art + Tech hotel. Wild boar, marinated and smoked venison, fish and shrimp from the Danube delta and traditional cheeses-including the celebrated Slow Food Presidium Branza de Burduf-all accompanied by wines from the Sicilian winery Planeta.
