Euro-Toques International organized an event at "Campione d'Italia, the capital of the European cuisine for a day" on September 22, 2008. 

The event, organized in partnership with the Casino and the Tourist Agency of Campione and Euro-Toques Italy, hosted the Great Chefs across Europe as part of our organization.

 

The event consisted in three key moments:

-9h: Board Meeting of Euro-Toques International
-16h: Cocktail on the terrace of the Casino with local producers and the participation of Slowfood. -20h: the Gala Dinner hosted prestigious Italian (Giovanni Ranna and Gualtiero Marchesi) and international guests. A menu of high quality was developed to highlight beautiful products and culinary know-how.
