The Board of Euro-Toques International is very pleased to announce the opening of a new Euro-Toques Office in Romania. Their President, Dumitru Burtea, is a Chef of great experience, trained in both France and Romania. In 1971, he founded the Association of Romanian Cooks (www.anbct.ro). Since then, he has never ceased to be active in the world of gastronomy, to maintain the culinary traditions of his country, and protecting the quality of products.

In 2007, Romania has joined the European Union. In 2008, the European Union of Chef cooks opens its doors. A huge success!
