Euro-Toques International with the Committee of the Regions of Europe
A successfull event!
Euro-Toques coordinated a glamourous evening on the theme "Regions and gastronomy, a promenade through the beauties and richness of European cuisine". Evening illustrated by seven buffets: 1. Shellfish 2. Delights from the seas and rivers 3. From prosciutto to roast pork 4. Other meats and poultry 5. Fresh fruit and vegetables 6. Selection of cheeses 7.
